This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste frame 2, duplicate, resize to 75%, mirror, flip and move down, adjust the frames to your liking, erase the part of the larger frame showing inside the small frame, then merge the frames together.
Click inside each frame separately, paste paper 12, move so the snowflakes are in the frame, invert and delete. Do this again for the smaller frame.
Paste the bells, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, move below the paper layer of the frames, resize to 90%, move up to the larger frame, duplicate, mirror, flip, resize to 80% and move to the smaller frame, duplicate again and mirror.
Paste the bells in the smaller circle, resize to 75%, moving below the frame layer.
Paste your tube, mirror and adjust in the larger frame, click inside the frame with your magic wand, expand by 5, invert and delete, select none.
Duplicate, Gaussian Blue at 4, change the blend mode to screen or one you prefer.
Apply the xero filter, Soft Vignette with these settings.
Elliptical, Sharp checked,
Foreground color, Diagonal Dots,
1, 1, 1, 255
Paste your tube on top of the frames, resize to 55%, if using the same one I am and place off center a bit.
Paste the tree on the right side, below the paper layer of the frames.
Paste the house below the tree layer and place how you like.
Resize the presentsbear to 85% and place on the left side.
Resize the Christmas Pudding to 40% and place by your tube.
Resize the cocoa cup 2 to 50% and place by the Christmas Pudding.
Paste and resize the gift boxes to 70%, place below the tube layer on the right, duplicate, mirror and move back over to the right and above the first gift boxes.
Resize the wordart Joy to 55% and place in front of your tube layer.
Resize the sleigh cookie to 50%, place on the right between the gift boxes layers.
Resize the gingerbread man to 40%, place below the cocoa cup on the left.
Adjust all your elements to your liking.
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, move to the bottom and adjust to fit your tag.
Add any other elements you would like.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
I added the xero filter Clarity once I merged, this is optional, you may like to just sharpen your tag.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
