Xero Filter-Titanium and Clarity
Font of Choice, I used Flakes

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image and as usual  mine 800 x 800.

Paste ZD18 flake, click in snowflake frame and expand by 5, paste paper of choice, I used paper #2, invert and delete, select none.
 Move below the frame layer.

Paste your tube and place more to the right of the flake frame, then paste ZD08 and move under your tube, duplicate and mirror.
Adjust your tube how you like and erase the edges of the snow so it will not have a line when you add your drop shadow.
Apply the xero filter-Titanium with these settings
20, 50, 50, 127, and have subtle checked.
Then apply xero filter, Clarity, leave all the numbers as they are but check Fix saturation.

Paste ZD26 on the right side below the tube layer.

Resize ZD10 to 50% and place on the left side below your tube layer.
Resize ZD07 to 50%, place below the snowman layer and move to the right just a bit.

Resize ZD38 to 25% and place on the right side.
Resize ZD36 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees and place behind the cup.

Reszie ZD46 to 25%, place on the snowflake frame and erase a small bit of the string to make it look like it is hanging over it.

Select the tree, float, defloat, paste ZD47 on the tree. invert, delete, paste again and place in a different area and delete again, select none.
Resize ZD34 to 50%, sharpen, add noise at 50% and duplicate as many times as you like and place in different areas on the tag. Resize again to another size and place again.

Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
