This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Queen Uriel aka Carolina Seabra.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
This is an easy peasy one.
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Resize paper 8 to 80%, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste element 14 and then element 18, moving it over to the left a bit.
Paste element 8, resize to 70%, paste on the right side, duplicate,
mirror, resize again to 70%, place in front of the larger one,
duplicate and mirror again.
Paste element 22 under the mushroom layers, duplicate, mirror and
adjust.
If using the same tube, resize to 90%, paste off center to the right.
Resize element 7 to 35%, paste below the mushroom layers how you like,
duplicate, mirror and adjust.
Resize element 29 to 50%, change the blend mode to overlay and lower
the opacity to about 75%, place just above the mask layer
where you like it.
Paste element 25 above the mask layer and place how you like, duplicate
and move over and down some.
Resize element 30 to 65%, place at the upper left side, being on the top layer.
Select all, float, defloat, expand by 2, add a new raster layer, fill with white,
move below the wordart, then being on the top wordart layer,
merge down.
Resize element 15 to 25%, duplicate a couple of times and place by
the mushrooms how you like, then duplicate a couple more times
and move below the mushroom layers and place at the outside edge
on each side.
Resize element 26 to 25%, place on the left side, between the wordart
and the mushrooms, duplicate and mirror.
Add any other elements you would like, once happy with it all,
close off any background used and merge visible.
Resize first, then add copyright and name.
That's it

Resize element 26 to 25%, place on the left side, between the wordart
and the mushrooms, duplicate and mirror.
Add any other elements you would like, once happy with it all,
close off any background used and merge visible.
Resize first, then add copyright and name.
