Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Resize element 34 to 65%, paste and move to the top more, duplicate, move down and to the left, duplicate again, mirror, merge these two together and move the first frame on top, erase the inside bars of the frames, merge down.

Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 2, invert, delete, then paste your close up tube in the top center frame, delete, select none, moving both below the frames.
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L), erase the part of the tube in the lower frames.

Resize your full tube to 65%, place on the left above the frame layer.

Paste element 41 on the right side  more.

Paste element 51 and move to the bottom, duplicate, flip, move back down, erasing the straight line showing.

Paste element 31 on the left below your tube layer, duplicate, move over to the right and down to just above the paper layer in the frame.

Paste element 40 above the mask layer, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move to the right, duplicate, mirror.

Back on top layer, resize element 55 to 55%, mirror and place on the snow where you like.
Resize element 20 to 55%, place below the snowman on the right.
Resize element 42 to 50%, place by the tube on the left.

Resize element 50 to 50%, place on the right below the snow layer, free rotate to the right at 10 degrees, sharpen once.

Resize element 49 to 55%, mirror, place at the top of the frame.

Resize element 10 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 57%, place on the house, duplicate, mirror, free rotate to the right at 10%, adjust on the other side.
Resize element 11 to 40%, place on the house above the lights.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

If you want to Animate, keep the white background and copy merged to animation shop, come back and click on each light with your magic wand and the window also if you like, or you can take your free hand tool and draw around each one, which ever you prefer, then go to Adjust, Brightness and Contrast with these numbers,
both numbers on 10,  select none, copy merged to animation shop, paste after current frame.
Go back to psp undo select none and undo the brightness and contrast, apply this again but change the numbers to 15 and 13, copy merged to animation shop and paste after current frame being on frame 2.

Test your animation, if happy then save.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
