*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Fill with #c70000, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Then paste paper 18, apply the same mask again, delete, merge group.

Paste element 54 and move to the bottom.
Paste your tube where you like and resize to 43%.

Paste element 11 below the car layer, go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize,
Hue 255, Saturation 255. Apply EyeCandy 4000-Gradient Glow-Fat, color white.

Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 4, paste your close up tube, invert, delete, select none.
Apply the Xero filter-Soft Vignette with these settings
Elliptical, Foreground Colors
Diagonal dots
1, 1, 1, 255
Paste element 47 above the car layer on the right, duplicate, mirror, move below the glitter frame layer on the left, erasing the glasses and any part of the packages that might be showing.
Take your free hand tool draw around some of the curly ribbons, copy as a new layer, then paste them on the left below the car so some ribbons will show under the car.
Resize element 63 to 20%, mirror, place where you like.
Resize element 22 to 20%, place where you like, then go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and both numbers on 0.
Paste element 53 on the car.
Resize element 21 to 15%, place one on the left in front of the car and one on the right by the package.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
