This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I used two different tubes from PinUp Toons

Font of Choice, I used Christmas Snow

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Resize paper 6 to 23%, apply your mask, delete and merge group, duplicate twice and merge both down.
Resize if needed for your tag later.
Resize element 08 to 15%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the first number on 12, paste on your mask, resizing the mask to fit better with this.
I added a white drop shadow to this also.

Resize element 68 to 20%, paste below the snowflake layer you just pasted, change the blend mode to hard light, duplicate twice and move one on each side of the center one, lower the opacity on these to 77%.
Merge these three together once happy with the way they look.

Resize element 29 to 27%, being on the top layer, paste at the bottom, duplicate twice more and move down a little more.

Resize element 30 to 35%, paste on the snow, duplicate twice and move down a bit with each one, then move the one above the bench layer.

Paste your tube below this snow layer to help hide the straight line of the legs.
Resize your other tube to 75%, paste on the right on the snow.

Resize wordart 4 to 30%, place on the upper right side, above the tube.
If you want to change the color, select all, float, defloat, new raster layer and fill with a color of choice, then add a fat white gradient glow or add a new layer, expand by 2, add white, move below and select none.
I added EyeCandy 4000-Chrome to mine and colored it a color from my tube.

Resize element 42 to 5%, duplicate mirror and place on the snow where you like.

Resize element 10 to 15%, place below the tube layer, duplicate, free rotate to the right at 40 degrees, adjust.

Resize element 01 to 7%, place on the snow on the left side, recolor to match your tube.
Resize ar4 to 7%, place in front of the tube that is sitting.

Resize 03 to 25%, paste on the top layer, then move your sit down tube above that layer.
Resize element 51 to 10%, place on the left below the bench to make it look like ice cycles are hanging from it, erase the parts you do not want showing, duplicate, mirror, move above the bench, place behind your sit down tube, duplicate a couple more times and move over more on the bench.

Resize the snowflake to 5%, duplicate a couple of times and place where you like.
Resize element 64 to 5%, place where you prefer.
Resize element 02 to 3%, free rotate to the left at 40 degrees, place by the sitting tube, recolor to a color of choice.

Resize your sit down tube to 43%, place on the bench below the poles leaning on the bench.

Add any other elements you would like.
Once happy, merge visible, resize first, then
be sure to add your copyright and name.

If you want to animate
Merge visible and take to animation shop, make 30 frames to match the snow frames that has 30.
Then go to Edit, select all, copy on the snow, then click on your tag, edit, select all, paste into selected frame, once you have it where you want click, then test your animation, if happy save.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
