USA Proud

 
This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of  Keith Garvey.
The tube is called Wave the Flag.
You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Filters
Screen Works-Light Gauze
Mura Meister Copies-Encircle
  Font of Choice, I used The AMERICAN

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 8, apply WSL_ Mask 84, delete, merge group.

Paste paper 8 again, apply DD Patriotic Mask 3, delete, merge group.

Paste element Star 2, resize larger to 115%.
Paste the Burst next, resize larger to 125%.
Paste the scatters at the upper right, duplicate, mirror, flip, adjust.

Paste frame 2, then frame 3 on top of that one, click inside the first frame, expand by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete, paste your close up tube, position, delete, select none, moving below the frame layers.
Duplicate, Gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to screen, apply the
Screen Works filter-Light Gauze, merge down.

Paste ribbon 2, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, move below the paper layer of the frames, enlarge to your liking to fit your tag.

Paste your middle size tube on the left, paste ribbon 2 on the legs of the tube.
Paste flower 4 below the ribbon, resize to 75%.
Resize tag 3 to 60%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees and place on the ribbon.
Resize the key to 50%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, place below the ribbon layer.
Resize balloon 2 to 50%, move below the tube layer by her hand.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
