Font of Choice, I used Penmanship Print

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

This is a quickie one.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, fill with white, paste paper 4, resize larger to 125%, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste your middle size tube on the mask, change the blend mode to overlay,
readjust the tube once you have all the other elements in place.

Paste the bus at the bottom, more to the right.

Paste your tube on the left side, resize to 95%.

Resize the wordart, Meet me at the Bus Stop to 75%, paste above the bus, click in the blue areas with your magic wand, add a new layer and fill with #f3ec43, delete the old wordart, then select the new, expand by 2, add a new layer,  fill with black, move below.
Add noise at 35 on the yellow.

Paste element 5 by the legs of the tube, resize to 60%.
Resize the pencils to 50%, place on the left side.
Resize element 1 to 50%, place over to the right of the books.
Paste element 15 below the bus layer on the left, erase the parts of the books showing above the bus and in the windows.
Resize the laptop to 50%, paste on the top layer by the books and pencils.
Resize element 3 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 50, place on the books below the rabbit book.
Resize the crosswalk sign to 45%, place on the right below the bus layer.

Now merge visible, resize, add your copyrights and name, then copy to animation shop and make the same amount of frames as the animation has.

If you do not want to animate, close off the white background, merge visible, resize and add your copyright and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
